Avoid Rogers: Nightmare Service

If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

To avoid

Have been with them for several years despite their high price compared to other operators. I am calling to cancel the contract. Brutal experience with Rogers

April 29th, 2024 Brutal experience with Rogers. I'm with Fido and wanted to get the Google Pixel 8 Pro in December due to a great deal. Ordered it. The phone came in, and it was a Google Pixel 8, not the Pro. More

I’ve asked the customer service and the high up manager, trying to find a way of getting help with data/ rooming for European Union because More
