Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community. The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.
However, I'm totally willing to leave just from the new interface.

after 3 years of use, they unilaterally change my earned bonuses to some points, increasing the fee for services. I’m definitely switching to another operator and taking my family. I forgot to say - the coverage is terrible, at 5 J it is impossible to watch any video
